IVF in vitro fertilisation package
- Medical supervision over the stimulation (doctor’s appointments, ovulation ultrasound, laboratory tests before anaesthesia)
- Assistance of a psychologist
- Collection of eggs
- General anaesthesia – for the procedure of egg collection
- Detection and assessment of egg cells in the follicular fluid
- Sperm analysis and preparation
- Medical consultation on the day of retrieval of egg cells
- Laboratory procedures – IN VITRO fertilisation:
- in vitro fertilisation (IVF),
- monitoring of embryonic development up to the 2nd, 3rd or 5th day (blastocyst stage),
- Supervision over all the steps of the procedure by an independent, external electronic RI-Witness system using the RFID technology that allows to identify, track and register reproductive cells and embryos.
- Freezing of embryos in the blastocyst stage
- First 12 months of embryo storage
Medical consultation and a pregnancy test up to 15 days after the transfer (does not include a laboratory pregnancy test)
IVF-ICSI programme – in vitro fertilisation with intracytoplasmic sperm injection

Embryotransfer (ET) – placing the embryo in the uterus
Additional in vitro procedures:
Frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) /delayed transfer
IMSI – intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection
PCISI – a technique that uses physiological tendency of mature and normal sperm to bind with hyaluronic acid, due to the presence of hyaluronate receptors on the sperm head
Follicular flushing during oocyte retrieval
Oocyte freezing (fee for the freezing of max. 3 egg cells), first 12 months of storage
Continuous embryo monitoring
- Continuous, non-invasive observation of embryos inside the incubator (Primo Vision –Time-Lapse technology)
- Original algorithm for selection of the embryo to be transferred (morpho-kinetic map)
- 24-hour supervision of a certified clinical embryologist
- Continuous monitoring of the physical conditions in the incubator (IRI SIRIUS)
Medium for embryotransfer – Embryoglue*
Cult-Active – activation of egg cells*
Intravenous infusion of oxytocin antagonist prior to embryotransfer (ET)*
Embryogen – a special medium for the monitoring of embryos in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF)*
Endometrial scratching prior to embryotransfer with ultrasound guidance*
Semen deposition for in vitro fertilisation
